Privacy Policy

• Account: email, display name, authentication identifiers (including Google OAuth when used).
• Progress: XP, streaks, certificates, badges, lesson progress, drill attempts, spaced-repetition reviews, and 6-axis scores.
• Voice sessions: short audio recordings sent for transcription and analysis, resulting transcripts, filler-word events, and live pacing metrics.
• Video sessions: metrics only (eye contact, expression, pace); we do not store video frames.
• Coach memory (optional): long-term notes the AI coach saves about your goals to personalize feedback. Can be disabled anytime.
• Teams: if you join a team, your display name, role, and aggregate progress are visible to team members and the team owner.
• Referrals: referral codes and attribution when you invite or are invited by another user.
• Preferences: goals, language, level, theme, notification and consent choices.
• Payment: handled by Stripe (web) or Apple/Google via RevenueCat (mobile). We never store card data.
• Native app permissions (iOS/Android): microphone, camera, and push notifications — only when you grant them, and only for the corresponding feature.
• Device data: minimal technical logs (IP, user-agent, device push token) for security, delivery, and abuse prevention.

• Deliver AI coaching (transcription, real-time HUD feedback, scoring, long-term memory if enabled).
• Track progress and unlock certificates, badges, streaks, and leaderboard entries.
• Send transactional emails and, if enabled, practice reminders and push notifications.
• Operate paid subscriptions (Pro, Pro+, Teams, Enterprise) and enforce usage limits.
• Prevent fraud, secure the service, and comply with the law.

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase) — hosting, database, authentication, storage (EU/US).
• Lovable AI Gateway — LLM inference for coaching, feedback, and scoring.
• ElevenLabs — speech-to-text (Scribe) for voice transcription and live captions.
• Stripe — payment processing and billing (web).
• RevenueCat, Apple App Store, Google Play — in-app subscription management (mobile).
• Apple Push Notification service (APNs) and Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) — push notification delivery on native apps.
• Google — OAuth sign-in when you choose it.

At any time you can:

• Export all your data (JSON) from your data controls.
• Delete your account and all associated data (irreversible) — see Data Deletion.
• Change consents (analytics, marketing, coach memory) and unsubscribe from any email.
• Revoke microphone, camera, or notification permissions from your device settings at any time.

Session data is retained while your account is active. When you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days from primary systems and within 90 days from encrypted backups. Anonymous aggregated metrics and invoice records required by tax law may be retained.

SpeakSim is not intended for children under 13 (or the applicable minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect data from children.
